All prices on the website are inclusive of GST.  Lights purchased do not include light bulbs. 

All lights sold on this website meet the recognised safety standards.

Delivery:

All lights are delivered by courier and a signature on delivery is required. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Deliveries to the rest of NZ will be charged as per the applicable rates listed under shipping when purchasing an item.

We have a seven day return policy on any items. If you are not happy with anything please notify us at the earliest convenience that you will be returning the item. Cost of delivery and arrangement of delivery back to us, is at the purchaser's expense. To qualify for a refund all items must be received back in the same condition they left Assortment, including the original packaging. Please note that shipping costs, as part of delivery to you, will not be refunded.

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. We try to dispatch within 48 business hours of receiving your order and delivery is usually within 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. Occasionally stock may not be on hand and may need to come from the manufacturers. In this case delivery should be within 14 working days and you will be notified as soon as possible if delivery is via this method.

If an item is damaged in transit via a courier please notify us immediately and within seven days. We will ask you to send photos to verify the damage and will then arrange for pick up and repair / replacement as required and as per the Consumers Guarantee Act.

If an item is faulty please notify us immediately so we can understand and discuss the problem and if required arrange a repair / replacement as per the Consumers Guarantee Act.

Payment:

We offer secure credit card payment via Stripe on this website. Stripe accepts VISA, Mastercard and American Express.  All products must me paid in full, including any delivery costs, before the item is dispatched.

Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, Stripe uses best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.

We reserve the right to adjust prices on the website at anytime due to the cost of shipping, of raw materials and fluctuations in the New Zealand Dollar.
