Shipping

We offer shipping rates to most of New Zealand. Each light has it’s shipping size listed on it’s page. When you purchase, you will be prompted to select the size before you pay.

Also if you are purchasing multiple items please get in touch and we will happily organise a quote for you based on cubic volume. This usually works out to be more cost effective.

For rural deliveries please note that if the courier does not deliver to your address then delivery will be to the nearest, staffed, courier depot.

Occasionally stock may not be on hand and may need to come from our manufacturer. In this case delivery should be within 8-14 working days and you will be notified as soon as possible if delivery is via this method.

Returns

We have a seven day return policy on any items. If you are not happy with anything please notify us at the earliest convenience that you will be returning the item. Cost of delivery and arrangement of delivery back to us, is at the purchaser's expense. To qualify for a refund all items must be received back in the same condition they left Assortment, including the original packaging. Please note that shipping costs, as part of delivery to you, will not be refunded.
